Devstrom goes Silicon Valley

 

Out of a pool of 200 Austrian companies, Devstrom's technology was selected by a jury of Silicon Valley venture capitalists and industry experts as one of Austria's most innovative companies that would greatly benefit from a longer stay in Silicon Valley.

"Go Silicon Valley" is a program initiated by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce for innovative entrepreneurs to come to Silicon Valley and seize the business opportunities in the American market", says Foreign Deputy Trade Commissioner in L.A., Toni Enzenhuber. "With the program we provide participating companies office space and access to experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and managers."

"For every ambititous IT entrepreneur Silicon Valley is a central hub, where tomorrow's trends are born. The ecosystem of entrepreneurs, academia and well-estblished players is just unique. As a young telco 2.0 communications company this represents a big opportunity to learn and grow our business further", says Elgard Maier from Devstrom.

Devstrom was selected as one of the 18 companies to participate in the "Go Silicon Valley" program, organized by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. From April on a part of the Devstrom team will move to Sunnyvale, California, to drive business development forward.
